Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchange

We offer a onetime size exchange for the same style originally ordered with no addition shipping cost to you within 60 days of purchase/receipt.

Return

You do not need to take the shipping costs. 

Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

We ask that you keep your tracking information handy. This way you can track your package and know when we received it. Allow 3/5 business days for processing. 

​Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier will be returned to our warehouse.

ALL packages returned to our warehouse will be treated as returns. We will return the item(s) back to stock for you getting a refund excluding original shipping cost.

Refund

Refunds can only be posted to the initial form of payment.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
